The Role of PCBA in Drinking Machine

Almost every household has such household appliances. The working principle of water dispenser is seldom known. It is driven by built-in PCBA to realize its refrigeration and heating principles.
(1) Cooling Principle of Drinking Water Machine
1. Press the refrigeration switch, turn on the power supply, turn on the green refrigeration indicator, and start the operation of the compressor. 2. The compressor absorbs the refrigerant vapor which has been absorbed and gasified in the evaporator, compresses it into high temperature and high pressure gas, and sends it to the condenser. 3. Refrigerant vapor is condensed into high-pressure liquid by heat dissipation from the condenser to the outside world. Then the capillary throttle pressure reduction flow into the evaporator, absorb the normal temperature water and electricity heat of the cold gallbladder, make the water temperature lower, refrigerant liquid is sucked back by the compressor, so continuous circulation really achieves the purpose of cooling. 4. When the water temperature drops to the set temperature with time, the contact of the refrigeration thermostat is disconnected, the refrigeration green indicator is extinguished, the compressor stops running and turns into the heat preservation state. 5. After power failure, the water temperature gradually rises. When the temperature rises to the set temperature, the contact of the refrigeration thermostat closes, the green indicator light of the power supply is turned on, and the compressor runs. In such a cycle, the water temperature is controlled between 4 and 12 degrees Celsius.
(2) Principle of heating
1. Press the heating switch, turn on the power supply, turn on the heating circuit, light up the red heating indicator and heat up the electric heating pipe. 2. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, the thermostat automatically resets and cuts off the power supply. The red heating indicator lights out and turns into the heat preservation state. 3. After power failure, the water temperature gradually drops to the set temperature, the contacts of the thermostat are closed, the power supply is turned on, the red heating indicator is turned on, the electric heat pipe is heated again, and the water temperature in the drinking water machine is controlled between 85-95 C by circulation and reciprocation. When the circuit is overheated, the protection device will automatically fuse or disconnect the circuit when it is overloaded, thus playing a role of safety protection.
