1, The way of spread:
droplet transmission:That means the virus of the carriers 's sneezing, coughing, or talking droplets enters the people through the mucous membranes of the eyes, nose, and mouth
contact infection:It refers to the droplet deposition in the surface of the article, contaminating our hands, can lead to infection if we contact mouth, nose, eyes and other mucous membrane.
It remains to be proved whether aerosol and the fecal-oral can spread the virus.
We mainly prevent droplet transmission and contact transmission. In China, there is no enough evidence to prove that measures are entailed for aerosol and fecal-oral transmission.
2, Measures:
Wear the face mask
At very beginning, many infected people have no symptoms owing to the 14 days latency of the COVID-19. so we have to view everyone except our families as the carriers ,and wear the face masks once we are out of home
Do not touch your eyes by hands
Because when you put on a mask, your nose and mouth are well protected, but your eyes are exposed to the environment, and sometimes we will touch something that belongs to others and then touch our eyes unwittingly, which may also increase the risks of being infected
Do not touch anything that belongs to others
Because everything from others may come with the virus.
For example,Do not shake hands, hug, touch the door handle, touch the taxi door handle, nor touch the elevator button directly.
Use paper towels to touch and discard the paper towels later
If you accidentally touch objects that do not belong to you, disinfect your hands with an alcohol sprayer or a disposable alcohol gel.
Wash hands frequently,
Wash your hands with soap or hand sanitizer for at least 20 seconds And make sure the bubbles form, covering every part of your hands.
Because you can't guarantee that your hands will not come into contact with the virus, you must wash your hands frequently.
When to wash your hands: After touching something that is not yours, after sneezing, before or after meals, when you go home, before entering the office, etc
.
Keep indoors ventilated, do not go to crowded places, strengthen exercise, sleep regularly
