1, the componentsshould be arranged inside the PCB board, and each pin of the components shouldoccupy a separate pad.
2. Components shouldnot occupy the whole PCB panel, and there should be a margin of 5~10mm aroundthe board, which is determined by the size of PCB board area and fixing method.
3. Components arerequired to be evenly distributed and consistent in density throughout thelayout.
4. The installationheight of components should be as low as possible. If the installation heightis too high, it will be prone to lodging or the collision of adjacentcomponents, which may lead to poor safety performance of the system.
5. The axialposition of the larger components is determined by the installation state ofthe printed circuit board in the system. The axis direction of the componentsin regular arrangement should be in the vertical direction of the system, so asto improve the stability of the components on the PCB board.
6. The span at bothends of the component should be slightly larger than the axial length of thecomponent. When bending the pins, do not bend the same root, should leave adistance of about 2mm, so as not to damage the components.
7. The layout ofcomponents should not cross up and down, and the distance between adjacentcomponents should be kept at a certain distance, and the distance should not betoo small.
