The following is a brief introduction tothe points that should be checked when receiving the circuit board from the SMTchip processing factory.
1. Check the original appearance of thecircuit board. Pay attention to the inspection of cleanliness and appearance.
2. Check the mask, including (specifiedcolor, specified thickness, quality flaws, pitting)
3. Is electroplating enough? Sufficientplating is difficult to measure. If stringent, current requirements are basedon plating thickness.
4. Are the holes centered on the pad? (ringand alignment)
5. Is the hole size correct?
6. Does the appearance conform to theartwork?
7. Does the stencil match the printedposition of the circuit board?
8. Is the overall circuit board sizecorrect?
9. Is the PCB warped?
10. Is there copper on the edge of the PCB?
11. PCB trace width tolerance.
The above is a series of inspections thatthe customer needs to carry out when receiving the product, so as to avoidlong-term troubleshooting and save time and cost.
